Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land) and PT. Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) today announced the launch of Phase II of The Riviera at Puri (The Riviera), comprising 141 landed homes, following the sold-out success of Phase I, which was oversubscribed.

At the launch of Phase I in November 2017, the overwhelming response saw 151 units snapped up in one day. Phase I is expected to be completed and handed over to buyers by 2019.

Phase II of The Riviera will comprise 141 units, including limited numbers of Type B (144 m2 land with 165 m2built-up) and a new Type C (180 m2 land with 211 m2 built-up). Prices will start from Rp 2.49 bil (excluding VAT) for the smallest unit type.

The master bedroom within each unit is designed with a minimum area of 28 m2, which is comparable to a studio apartment.
