Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land) and PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) will be launching the third and final phase of The Riviera at Puri (The Riviera). Leveraging the success of Phases 1 and 2, where 164 and 151 units were sold out respectively, 145 units will be launched in this final phase.
For this latest phase, premium and limited-edition “Couple-House concept” semi-detached units (Type D) have been introduced. Located in a separated gated mini-cluster, each of the ten exclusive Type D units offers a minimum of 256sqm of land and 253sqm of building area at a starting price of Rp 10 billion.
Meanwhile, prices of the smaller unit types (Types A, B and C) start from Rp 2.6 billion. Future homeowners of Phase 3 units can look forward to a fully-equipped kitchen as well as quality marble flooring in the living and dining areas.
